Samba desktop devices

I'm using mandrake 10, and have just setup several samba shares (client) using the mandrake "control panel" which worked really well.

I noticed that somehow I ended up with one of my shares as a device on the desktop, but not the others.

Any idea how I can make the other shares (which are mounted automatically to /mnt/xxx) "devices" which can be seen in the device list?

Thanks,

Mal.

you have lots of shares which are all mounted under /mnt/ and only one of them shows up? that seems very odd, is there anything you can see about that one share that separates it from the rest?

Silly question, could the other icons be hidden under desktop objects? i've spent ages trying to find files that had just got hidden under a gdesklet
