Kieth
Just wondering what I could do to resolve my mouse problem. In some games, I cannot see it. It's there, and it works, I just can't see it. For instance, with "Bugsquash", I can squash bugs, I just can't see the mouse. Anyway to resolve it? Thanks, Kieth Edited April 20, 2005 by Kieth
Guest dab
did you ever find an answer to this one?
theYinYeti
This could be a feature, and not a bug... Yves.
Kieth
Sorry I didn't answer sooner, but I just saw your post earlier today. No, I never did figure out the problem, so I just deleted the game. Then after seeing your post, I decided to try again with my new computer (purchased just last week). I was convinced that the problem was my grafics card (Matrox G400, 16mb), even though I had no proof. A few minutes ago, I downloaded Bugsquish again to try it out, and yes, it does work. I can both see and squash bugs. My grafics card is now a Randeon 9200, 128 mb. While I was at it, I also downloaded some other games and tried them. Well, with "Alien Pool", when the mouse passes over it, it disappears! Later, when I get some free time, I am going to change my mouse pointer to see if that is the problem. If that doesn't work, I have no idea how to resolve it. Kieth
Kieth
I'm using the gome desktop. I would like to change the color of my mouse to see if I can see it in "Alien Pool". The only problem is, is that I can't figure out how to do it. :woops: Would you tell me how? Thanks. Kieth
Artificial Intelligence
Perhaps this can help you on how to change cursor: http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=14906
Kieth
Well, I tried to change my mouse settings on more than one occasion, but . . . no luck. I'm obviously doing something wrong. When I finally figure it out, I'll let you know if it worked or not. Kieth
Kieth
This could be a feature, and not a bug... Yves. I think you're right. I've messed around with KDE and Gnome, and there is no change. Kieth
