I thought after reading ral's http://www.mandrakeusers.org/index.php?showtopic=14396 we might all benefit from a base factual bit of documentaiton on why not use MS. Instead of blatant MS bashing (which is fun but another thread please) how about REAL hard reasons.... I think one thing we should aim for is to make a document any of us can give to an employer/charity/school over WHY ! (if your reading) in your current what works phase this is ideal for you to critique this too. I have to admit not using it personally for a long time and detesting it even at work. Also (to all) expect your comments to be criticised.. we should first criticise them HERE but when criticising try and be contructive not just critical. rants are OK but 90% will need editing out... consider making two posts..one RANT and a summary of your own facts :D) Sometimes I do this when writing letters ... write one to throw away and one to really send. sometimes you just gotta get it off your chest!
