Cooker Mirror List

Hmm I was just wondering for people who use cooker, is it that unstable? Cos I like keeping as up to date with releases as I can and cooker seems far more up to date than what I've got at the mo..

You're likely to find some packages that are broken (ncurses, for example); but it's been pretty damn stable for me, aside from the one time that urpmi got so screwed up that I had to completely reinstall.

But it's where you go to get all the goodness of being bleeding edge on most applications (2.6.5-x mdk kernel rpms aren't there yet, just the 2.6.5 tmb kernel). I'd say go for it if you want to try. If you have more than 1 system and you're not afraid of messing it up, I'd go there first, though. Just to make sure you like what you get before committing to it on your main computer.
