arde Posted April 5, 2004 Report Share Posted April 5, 2004 Hi, when I tried to install Mandrake 10CE, I booted from cd 1 and it said : "Could not find kernel image: a boot" When I pressed enter, it went on but jammed when the installation begun. Ixthusdan Posted April 5, 2004 Report Share Posted April 5, 2004 Ther is a very well known bug that causes the initial setup to have to start with the second cdrom. Boot with cd2 and it will shortly ask for cd1. Then put in cd1 and your installation will proceed normally. (hopefully B) ) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
