Kmess for ML9

thanks a lot, but i downloaded this tar.gz archive and couldnt compile it, and if a i download the rpm for redhat, it tells me that there are son denpendencies missing, ¿what i was wondering is if you know where can i download the rps for my ML9? (i hate compiling `cause i allways have problems doing it)

According to this site, it should be a part of the kdeedu rpm package. There very likely is NOT a ML9-specific version, but if you have a complete ML9 with KDE3.x.x, it should be in there. Otherwise, go to www.rpmfind.net, pull the one for your version of KDE and just work the dependencies.

but let me tell you that i found the kmess for ml9

its name is kmess-0.9.7-1akc.i586.rpm , in http://apps.kde.com

but i can`t download it unless i suscribe (which means i have to pay for it)

i was trying to find it somewhere else (rpmfind, google, etc) but no luck so far.

 

if you know where i could find it , that would be nice.
