jvachez
Hello ! During the Mandrake 10 installation it asks me CD 4. In the FTPs I have visited there only 3 CDs !!! Have someone a link for the CD4 ?
tyme
CD4 is included in the Club Member download, it may not be part of the standard "free" download. All it contains are programs that are in the "contrib" folders on the Mandrake mirrors.
mtweidmann
Older versions of MDK always used to ask you which CDs you had before going to the package selection screen, I wonder why they ditched it.
VeeDubb
You know, I wondered about that too. Oh well. It's too bad you have to be in the club to get the contrib packages on a disk. I'd love to not need to download that stuff anymore, but I'm not going to pay for the club in this lifetime. (Don't get me wrong, I happily contribute by buying a powerpack every couple versions, but the club seems like a giant waste of money. I'd be more likely to spend the same money on an honest doantion than some dishonest horse pucky that they pile together and call a club)

Kjel Oslund
Older versions of MDK always used to ask you which CDs you had before going to the package selection screen, I wonder why they ditched it. I installed 10.0 CE using the expert mode and I got a screen asking which CD/ISOs I had. It presented a list with checkboxes. I don't know if this also shows up in normal install mode, but I thought at time that the prompt page was a lot less obvious than in previous releases -- I almost clicked past it without reading it. Not true. You see, I'm on a 56k modem connection. I DON'T download distros. I buy the free download version from cheapbytes every time, which suports the linux comminuty in a different way. Then, every couple of versions, I buy a powerpack dirrect from mandrake. Realy I'm overdue to do that, I'm just leary after my last mandrakestore nightmare. It's unclear at http://www.cheapbytes.com wether or not their version includes the 4th disk, but I'm guessing no.
