kde-head Posted March 11, 2004 Report Share Posted March 11, 2004 Note: if you dont have nano, but you have URPMI set up , issueing urpmi nano should install it. Now edit your system wide bashrc file (i'm assuming that you use bash as your default shell) nano /etc/bashrc Add the following lines: EDITOR=nanoexport EDITOR now type (as root) crontab -e Nano should open up, with your root crontab file.
