Well.. you are right that games in linux is a bit dry at the moment.. but then again.. the only game I play right now are emulated games, such as snes, gameboyadvance, and dos (yes.. I am playing Dune2 dos version right now in dosbox.. anything wrong with that?)

If you only dual/triple boot linux, you can get along quite nicely.

 

Currently bootable on my system:

mdk9.2

mdk10.0beta2

mdk10.0rc1

 

Only using the latter two, the last I only installed yesterday, still have to configure quite a few things, and if my wife wants to watch a movie, I'll boot into the beta2 that is configured for such tasks (LIRC and all)...

I don't know too much about dosbox, just getting into Linux but will it run M$ Windows games like Quake2 and Return to Castle Wolfenstien?

 

 

I'm doing the same thing here, using M$ Windows to run games :jester: .

 

Is there a way to run them in Linux intstead of M$ Windows ?
