      Mandriva Official Documentation

Official documentation for extant versions of Mandriva can be found at doc.mandriva.com.   Documentation for the latest release may take some time to appear there. You can install all the manuals from the main repository if you have Mandriva installed - files are prefixed mandriva-doc.

      Forum software upgrade   10/29/17

So you may have noticed the forum software has upgraded !!!
A few things that have changed. We no longer have community blogs (was never really used) We no longer have a portal page.
We can discuss this, and decide whether it is needed (It costs money) See this thread: Here

XBMC black screen after video playback

Recommended Posts

I installed XBMC. It has several problems. The biggest is that after every video finishes playing, it hangs up and makes me kill the program, go to the desktop, and relaunch. It says it's looking for this file:

/usr/lib64/va/drivers/fglrx_drv_video.so

but that file doesn't exist anywhere on the system. In fact, va/drivers doesn't exist. All the fglrx files are in /usr/lib64/fglrx. None of the files are named fglrx_drv_video.so. They're named:

libAMDXvBA.cap* libaticalcl.so* libatiuki.so.1.0* libGL.so.1@ xorg/

libAMDXvBA.so.1@ libaticaldd.so* libfglrx_dm.so.1.0* libGL.so.1.2*

libAMDXvBA.so.1.0* libaticalrt.so* libfglrx_gamma.so.1@ libXvBAW.so.1@

libatiadlxx.so* libatiuki.so.1@ libfglrx_gamma.so.1.0* libXvBAW.so.1.0*

Does anyone know what to do to make it not lock up? Thank you!
