John_Phillips
Tried the instructions at http://www2.mandriva.com/community/news/ to install KDE 4.4.2 Received the following error message:- "A requested package cannot be installed: otrs-2.4.7-3mdv2010.0.noarch (due to unsatisfied perl(Net::SMTP::SSL)) Continue installation anyway? (Y/n)" Should I still install? Or asking for trouble? As usual, T.I.A.!
xboxboy
Mmmmm....In the past when I've had these sorts of issues it's usually due to a download error or problem with the mirrors....Well thats what I put it down to. Did you run: urpmi --auto-update --auto-select --test If that ran ok then I would continue the installation, then retry to update when the installation finishes to see if it can install correctly the second time. This may not be the best advice, so it may pay to see if any other replies come through.
