  1. Does anyone know how to sync the Palm OS to the Yahoo calender? Yahoo offers tools to do this under windows and mac but not linux. Any help would be appreciated.

    Why dont you try Right clicking the Icon, Go to the properties, The to the Application tab, Look at the command, It probably says "soundwrapper xmms" Try removing the "soundwrapper" See if that helps.

  4. Hey All, I am trying get my firefox mailto links to open up in thunderbird. I have added the following to prefs.js file: user_pref("network.protocol-handler.app.mailto", "/usr/bin/mozilla-thunderbird"); The only problem is if thunderbird is already open I get the profile chooser.   5. I used the PLF rpms aand also has some horrific problems. I figured out I needed SDL Quake. Thats what I am using now and it works great!! You could try installing using this http://icculus.org/quake2/installers/iccul...ake2-cdless.run This also worked for me. Hope this helps.

  7. Well, I made the changes but it did not work. How can I tell exactly whats going on when I launch an opengl program?
  8. I have installed the drivers form the RPMs on clubmandrake. I get the nvidia splashscreen prior to the logon. Everything seems to be installed properly however when ever I launch a program that requires opengl x seems to die and I get kicked back to the login.   9. Do you have an nForce motherboard with onboard sound and network? If so it could be a driver issue. It happened to me when I installed MDK 10.1. There was some sort of conflict with the sound and network. I got the same error msg. I had an extra network card laying around, installed it and overcame the issue. Later, x-tech
  10. I just installed mandrake and Im trying to get access to the other drives on my system. I have modified my fstab file to the following. /dev/hdb1 /home/xxx/drive2 vfat defaults,user 0 0 However when I try to access the drive It wont let me in? What Am I doing wrong. Also is there any reference on the net that explanes the fstab in detail with examples. Thanks
