So you have an existing domain?...So do you want your linux box to be part in the certain domain?.

You have to mount it. Use smb4k, some domain needs authentication/permission like username and a password so that you can browse its shared files.

Please install the latest wine versions like, wine20040813 or later. You have to configure wine if the applications you installed involves DLLs but if it is a standalone applications like "notepad.exe" or "mario.exe" you dont have to, wine runs smoothly. please visit www.winehq.com for more reference and "howtos" .

Yes i know, i will give you a DOS version of Parition Magic....Extract the ZIP file and put this file into a floppy diskette...The next time you Turn On the pc, boot into drive A:\ then type pqmagic.exe and you will see a graphical representation similar to Windows Diskmgt.exe.

Is your Wireless NIC detected by Mandrake?...We have similar problems b4..Make it sure to configure the NIC first b4 anything else...

maybe its a hardware problem(firmware issues)?.......ask for some assistance from SONY..... :D
