Installed mdk 10.1 community yesterday, it seems to be running just fine!

Didn't like using windows very much, so I found mandrake 8.1 at a computer store and installed it. Been using mandrake ever since! Tried other distro's but always come back to mandy. But still dual boot with xp since need it for a few things( games), otherwise I'm always using linux. I think linux rocks

Really if Microsoft wants to advertise on a linux site , why not! It's their money they are throwing away!

to become a linux master, wouldn't that take years and years of use, etc.. Is that like becoming a karate master? or does anybody really become a master at anything! B)

Installed mepis 2003.6 last year liked it, then installed 2003.10 liked it also, but for some reason I always return to mandrake! Anyways think Warren is doing a great job of it!

Here, also installed no problems what so ever, find it sort of boring because I, didn't have to install anything. Everything worked and it seems very stable, so far anyways.Has been installed for about a month now. But have heard many ppl with lots of problems installing, etc!

It's bitchin in mandrake 10 also! As I dual boot with xp and run firefox on it too!

It's okay Scoopy. Download 10 official and installed about 2-3 days ago , ran update(default settings) and everything seems a okay!

Hey Scoopy, can you still get up-dates for 9.2, cause I, sure cannot! When I was running 10ce the mirrors downloaded 10.1(cooker) onto my system and broke it! As in programs no longer worked! It was running fine until i decided to download up-dates for it! This is not flaming, okay just wondering why the mirrors are down? You say that they are still up? Fine , why I'm I, still getting error message as they are still broken? And yes it might be abit early for any up-dates, maybe give it a week! To then have a great day! And I'm not going to re-load 9.2 to find out. I'm perfect happy with 10 official

As far as today my time the mirrors are still down, that's about 10 days or so! What give's? Downloaded 10 official wed. nite and installed yesterday! Seems okay so far! But what about the mirrors!
