That is my home work space for about 3 years now, compact and BORING... Do you guys have any suggestions for imroving it or making it neater?

What do you mean to set up samba users? Tell me more about it please. How did you configured your XP box, maybe i do something wrong

I think i've tryed everything, is there anybody who actually succedded to network Linux & XP ?

Linux & XP are at the same workgroup "HOME", i share a 'shared documents' folder, but it still doesn't work

I configured samba according to NT-06: How to setup Samba Networking In smb4k i get this error message" NT_STATUS_OK I don't really know how to setup XP, i just share an entire drive The network does work, because i share internet connection on XP throu a proxy

After i finally configured the network at my home, i encountered a broblem: -from my XP box i can view and modify linux shared folders -from linux box i can't see the XP shares altough i can see the XP host in smb4k Can somebody help me?
