I´m trying to install this file:
http://www.ideasemu.org/index.php?act=downloads but I have no idea what to do with the tar files.

check the second half of this FAQ about installing tar.gz's:
http://mandrivausers.org/index.php?showtopic=10615only difference is instead of
tar -xzvf you want to use
tar -xjvf to extract it.

Or you could just right click the tar file and choose extract.
