Am I right in thinking that to play Railroad Tycoon 2 and Sim City 3000 I would have to buy the ports? I mean, I can't just download Linux clients for them?

Thanks
tyme
yes, you would. i would suggest www.tuxgames.com - or you might be able to hunt them down on ebay, but i doubt it.

Here are direct links to both:

Railroad Tycoon II Gold
SimCity 3000 Unlimited

I order from TuxGames quite often (when I get money). smile.gif

Remember, if you have questions, hit the chat room and ask lgp-michael (as he's the CEO of LGP and TuxGames).

Wish I could afford them, but I just don't have the cash right now.

I know the feeling. If you've got any Electronics Boutique or MicroPlay stores near you, go check them out. You might get lucky... Someone got me a copy of RRT2 for under $5, and I picked up some other Loki games for cheap (Myth 2 for $7 Canadian, Quake 3 Arena Tin for $9 Canadian, etc).

They don't stock Loki games anymore, but the odd store that I've run into had some old copies sitting on-shelf. You never know. wink.gif

I found both of these games on Ebay. If you look for computer games and type in Linux, you actually find quite a few Loki titles.
