Linux Game Publishing (LGP) have announced that they'll porting Sacred: Gold Edition to linux.

Moreover Running With Scissors (warning: half/whole naked girls on their homepage) have announced that Postal 3 will be Linux supported.

As much as I have to give credit to someone for sticking their neck out and trying to port games to linux, is it really wise to be porting much older games and charging so much? I would have thought the real money, if any, would have been in porting relatively new games (i.e. released within the last year) to linux.

I don't know. Maybe LGP have to pay an amount of money to port the game, but newer and more popular games too much.
