I think your Neverwinter Nights one is one of the cleanest I've seen.

I didn't make the TacOps icon. Some of them aren't my originals, but some are.

The NWN icon is mine.

Also check out KDE-look.org . There are some game icon packs there. Just search for them, because some are in a pack, and some are seperate.
