Announcement: the 2008 tree has now hit mirrors. /official/2008.0 exists and is populated.

anyone who has installed a 2008 beta or release candidate and is using Cooker repositories at present *should now switch to the 2008.0 repositories* if they want to stick with 2008. Cooker may unfreeze at any time (though it'll probably be another week or so).
