I own a medion MD96400, which is just a rebranded MSI megabook S270 with a different wireless card, not the combined wireless/bluetooth miniPCI card MSI ships it with. The wireless card works fine with Mandriva, just have to connect it each time. When I do suspend to disk from kpowersave, the system goes down without any problems, and comes up fine, except for the wireless card.
lspci -v gives the following output for the device in question
02:09.0 Network controller: RaLink RT2561/RT61 rev B 802.11g
Subsystem: Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. Unknown device b833
Flags: bus master, slow devsel, latency 64, IRQ 19
Memory at fbff0000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=32K]
Capabilities: [40] Power Management version 2
Basically it appears to not be able to scan for, or associate with any access points. I am also not able to force it into ad-hoc mode. Where should I start diagnosing it or looking for other ways to suspend to disk?
