Hello, I downloaded and installed (toronto). Trying to get a feel for it still.. I installed firestarter via the pkg. manager & it runs but will not start it stays in stop mode because device sit0 is not ready. I only have eth0, so I am trying to disable ipv6 as that seems to be affiliated with sit0.

Any ideas on how to disable sit0 or ipv6 would be very helpful, thanks.

For disabling ipv6 add to /etc/modprobe.conf

alias net-pf-10 off
alias ipv6 off

then restart the network.
