Hi,

I am tryng to install k9copy using urpmi. I think I have setup correctely the PLF repository but still doing:
CODE
urpmi k9copy

Gives me no package found.

Any idea? Is there a command line way to check where urpmi is going to get the RPMs from?

Thanks
neddie
k9copy should be in the plf-free repository. You can check using
CODE
urpmq --list-media
to see your repositories, or use the "add software" gui and open the media manager.
It could be that easy-urpmi doesn't give you an entry for plf-free, in which case you would have to add it by hand (or use easyurpmi.zarb.org).

Thanks! plf-free was not there. Somehow yesterday when I used easy urpmi it was not added. I now added it and I found it.

Thanks!

Looks like for some reason the mandrivausers.org version of the easy-urpmi has lost its plf-free. I'm sure it used to be there but when I was answering your question I realised it had gone. It's still there at easyurpmi.zarb.org though, must just be a sync problem. smile.gif

Yes indeed I found it on easyurpmi.zarb.org and probably before I was using the other one.
Thanks again!

Ian - I only see three PLF options instead of four on our page... unsure.gif

You're right yes, my bad. Seems we're missing plf-free only. Need to get an admin on to it.....

Spring still has 4, but the first 2007 only has 3.

Oops, silly me smile.gif The difference is that in zarb the default release is 2007 Spring, whereas in mandrivausers.org it's 2007. Silly me for not realising!
