Some of you may have noticed that over the past few days we've had pretty consistent downtime for a few hours in the morning (well, morning eastern time, anyways).
We have been in contact with our host, OSUOSL, who has been diligently researching the issue. We will also be taking some steps in the near future to attempt to rectify the problem.
We will continue to work on it and keep you updated, but we thought it best to inform everyone that we are aware of the problem and working to solve it.

Just an update: OSU OSL has found the problem, it's a bug in Xen. They are working to find a fix, but currently there isn't a fix in the wild.
