Estimated release date is Summer 2006, according to their website.

Also, in their FAQ's, they state:

Great news! At the S2Games forum board the devs said there will be a Linux version.

I played the original Savage and completely loved it. To me it felt like a FPS strategy game. Completely an awesome game. And to hear that the second version of it is coming to Linux is even better, I'll make sure that I buy it when it comes out.

The game looks cool. It says it runs in Linux, so I figured to download the demo to see how I liked it. I only found windows demos though. Is there a linux demo for the game?

Quake 4 and Serious Sam 2 will be released for Linux OS. The link is in the first post. I'll update them when I find some more about it.

FPS or role playing. Only thing is I'd have to install Linux on the gamer. Laptop can handle some games but not much.

Afterfall - If you're into fallout this is the game.

Afterfall promises to be very realistic and beautiful.
You could do a lot of things there , drive vehicles, travel with parties use drugs , mutate, implant cybernetic organs, trade in slaves, move things, realistic NPC's who don't just rush to die and much much much much more....
This game will have many similarities to fallout , the turn based battles will be similar, the ability to chose in which part of the body you want to shoot at and many other things.
This game is for the more mature audience ands is not suitable for kids.
