Yesterday I installed kernel-2.6.7-0rc1 from cooker, but I cannot boot into it (no prob, after all it is a RC).
My question is how to get rid of this kernel-version (I still have my previous kernel installed)?

rpm -e nameofpackage
should do the trick, if you don't know its full name, obtain it with
rpm -qa | grep -i kernel
