Does anyone know when the pre-ordered powerpacks from mandrakestore.com are going to start shipping? I paid for mine at least 3 weeks ago now and when I track the order it is still sitting at "waiting to be processed". I am not normally impatient, but the least they could do is send an email update or something.

We are not an official "Mandrake" sight, so we really don't know any more than you do. I have had poor experience with Mandrake customer service while others have had better experiences. Try an e-mail, and see if you get any response.

Don't worry, you'll get it. As a MandrakeClub member, I had the same problem (with 9.0 and following).

I once wrote a mail to Mandrake about this. They told me when a new MDK release is shipped (i.e. manufactured), their priority is to fill in the distributors / resellers shelves, cause it's where Mandrake makes money. First shipments are sent to those big retail stores, and then to others like you and me.

IMO they should take a look at their priorities, people buying from the Mandrake store are likely to be loyal customers - who should be rewarded and not taken advantage of!

Well, while I appreciate good customer service, I think that focusing on retail is a good decision on their part. Perhaps they should not "push" the release until they have fulfilled their first retail shipments, which would prevent the poor service to users who order direct. (Of course, they should take care of both!)
