But It can detected well by mu Notebook (using Linux Mandriva 2008) and neighbour PC with Windows XP Pro SP1. Why ??? Some devices support both protocols, but they are a minority. If your MP3 player belongs to the second category, it needs libmtp, plus a usable frontend for it (e.g. mtpfs) to be recognized and mounted. But- I do not see such a device listed by lsusb. Is it that "Canon" thing (unlikely)? Are you sure the connector cable is OK, and/or the USB bus not undewrpowered? (typical case for several laptops and external USB hubs without their own PSU).
