I like show off the graphics startup when the services startup --no KDE--. (I like no press the "ESC" to view how the services start-up, I like view the start-up in the console in text mode, like as Mandrake 8.0--

I unmark in the ControlCenter ==> Theme of startup (Tema de arranque in spanish) ==> use startup graphics; but nothing change. (inside the X system).

Thanks.

Thanks, but this not the case.

I start-up in id:3:initdefault

The solution:

Edit the GRUB configuration file: /boot/grub/menu.lst and delete the entry vga=788

Reboot.

This show text start-up.

Thanks
