I was able to start it from the command line. I don't know whether or not this is normal but here are the results:
[root@localhost jose]# drakconf

"/usr/sbin/drakvirt" is not executable [Virtualization] at /usr/sbin/drakconf.real line 821.
"/usr/sbin/msecgui" is not executable [Security Level] at /usr/sbin/drakconf.real line 821.
"/usr/sbin/tomoyo-gui" is not executable [Tomoyo Policy] at /usr/sbin/drakconf.real line 821.
